The EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office has stopped all cooperation with Russian IP associations, and announced measures to support Ukrainian parties as at 9th March 2022.
It has halted all cooperation actions with Rospatent, the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, and the Eurasian Patent Organisation (EAPO) and taken measures to provide our fullest support to our Ukrainian customers and to safeguard their IP rights while this situation prevents normal communication.
