Barbara Gehri has been working in the field of intellectual property for over 25 years. While main focus is on trademark law, her expertise also includes design, domain, corporate and competition law as well as related areas of law.

UDRP proceedings) and customs relief measures.
Barbara Gehri is well versed in the creation, development and management of domestic and international trademark and design portfolios in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, dental, chemicals, banking, insurance, health care, retail, film, fashion, food, tourism, public transport, construction, energy, logistics, architecture, machinery, paper, textiles, printing and art and represents clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and the Swiss Federal Administrative Court (FAC).

Barbara Gehri studied law in Zurich, where she graduated with a licentiate (lic. iur. / MLaw UZH). She worked as a trademark attorney (partly in a leading position for a long time) in various renowned Swiss patent and trademark law firms and is Vice President of the Association of Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys ASPTA.
