I have been working in the field of Intellectual Property and in PCA since 1996.

Member of Collegio Italiano dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian College of Industrial Property Consultants) and FICPI since 2005.

Member of INTA since 2006.

Previous member of the Design Committee of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute.

I professionally advise clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide.

I also deal with patent and design searches. In addition, I handle validity/infringement and patentability opinions.

I also developed a strong experience in litigations in Court both as Technical Expert of one of the parties and as Technical Expert on the Judge request.

I was a tutor in training courses on patent matters and in courses aimed to obtain the qualification of Italian Patent Agent and European Patent Attorney.

Italian Patent Agent since 1998.

European Patent Attorney since 2001.

European Design Attorney since 2003.

Ceipi Diploma Course on Patent Litigation in Europe in 2010, valid as European Patent Litigation Certificate.
