The Seminar sessions featured handpicked Chairpersons, together with selected panellists from around the globe who are specialists in their field.

The sessions included:

  • What’s new in Designs? with speakers from EUIPO and ATRIP
  • Working with SMEs in the EU.
  • Two years of the UPC.
  • Divisionals: patent applications around the world.

Plus, find out how to get involved with FICPI!

What is the CET?

The Study & Work Committee (CET) is the largest of FICPI's committees with more than 200 members active in one or more of seven specialised sub-groups.  These are:

  • Trade marks
  • Designs
  • International patent matters
  • European and other regional patent matters
  • Tech-related patent issues
  • Pharma and biotech patents
  • Litigation and enforcement

Using highly effective working methods, the CET is able to produce high quality, detailed opinions, often at very short notice.
