The Soul of City Music Walking Tour

Johnny Cash

The walking tour begins at The Johnny Cash Museum. Officially authorized by the Estate of country music legend Johnny Cash, the museum features the largest and most comprehensive collection of Johnny Cash artifacts and memorabilia in the world. State of the art exhibits, a museum gift store, and special events make this museum worth visiting.

Next, you will be on your way to the historic Ryman Auditorium for a private tour. Established in 1892 as the Union Gospel Tabernacle, Ryman Auditorium is a National Historic Landmark and a must see for any Nashville visitor. Most famous as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 to 1974, there is far more to the story of Music city’s most recognizable icon.

  • Depart Hotel Noelle at 10:00 a.m.
  • Duration: two hours.
  • Lunch is not included. Enjoy restaurants on your own near the Ryman Auditorium following the tour.
  • Note: wear comfortable walking shoes and light weight clothing.

Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery Tour

Belle Meade

As one of the largest thoroughbred horse farms in the South, Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery became the epicenter for entertaining guests from presidents to generals to statesmen. It is in that well-established tradition that Belle Meade welcomes guests today.

You will be treated to a guided tour of the 1853 Greek Revival mansion followed by a wine tasting and lunch served in a historic setting on the property. You will finish your visit with free time to explore the expansive grounds, gardens, outbuildings, outdoor game court and gift shops. 

  • Depart from Hotel Noelle at 10:00 a.m.
  • Return to Hotel Noelle at 2:00 p.m.
  • A plated lunch is included at Belle Meade. 
  • Note: wear comfortable walking shoes and light weight clothing. Guests must be 21 years or older to participate in the wine tasting.
  • Cost $250 - this tour is NOT included in the Accompanying Persons' program.
