Ms. Priya Singh

Priya Singh is involved in patent prosecution and contentious matters involving a range of technologies such as semiconductors, consumer electronics and telecommunication. She has supported representations before both the Appellate Board and High Court. She also handles patent essentiality evaluation for several telecommunication bodies. Besides the Indian Patent Law, she is well versed with the US and EP patent laws.

Priya has an extensive experience in patentability and (in)validity searches, infringement analysis, freedom to operate search, technology landscape, market research, patent-to-standard mapping and 3GPP standard analysis, Expert Patent Assessment, Evidence-of-Use claim charts and portfolio analysis.  Ranging from preparing R&D reports for litigation cases to providing market research, her monumental work deliveries include one-on-one complex wireless projects for some major players and her sales and marketing strategies for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and Asia-Pacific Countries (APAC). Prior to joining Anand and Anand, she worked as the Asia Pacific (APAC) region coordinator for handling clients and delivering one-on-one complex wireless projects. She was involved in Sales and Marketing strategies for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
