About me

Eleni joined the firm in October 2017 as a senior associate, in order to reinforce and lead the IP law department of the firm. Eleni has acquired extensive experience in all matters of intellectual property law, with a special focus on trademark prosecution and litigation, domain name disputes resolution and e-commerce cases. Eleni has advised clients, from mega multinationals to small local firms, in complex trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition issues and is a dedicated expert in the representation of clients in trademark and unfair competition litigation and in domain name UDRP proceedings. She advises clients on legal compliance issues of websites, e-shops and other e-commerce models and platforms and she has drafted and reviewed a number of website terms of use and privacy policies.

Prior to joining the firm, Eleni gained extensive experience working for a Greek IP boutique law firm, the IP department of a large German law firm and a Brussels-based law firm dealing with competition matters.

Roles in FICPI

  • CET Executive

    The President of the CET is elected by the ExCo.

    The CET further includes at least one vice president, a Reporter General and an Assistant Reporter General, who, together with the president are responsible for managing the CET. 

    The Chair and members of the sub-groups are chosen by the CET, after consulting the Bureau and the Council for opinions, from lists of candidates including members of the national associations or national sections and, in suitable cases, individual members. By proposing members of the groups, the member national sections and associations are able to influence FICPI policy.

    Members of the Bureau and the presidents of PMC and TEC are ex officio members of the CET.
