Sleep better to work better

Healthy sleep is a key to well-being and achievement of our full capacities. Many factors impact on our sleep, circadian rhythm, adenosine, aging, etc.  Quality, Quantity, Regularity and Timing.  

These are the four macros of good sleep and you will note that good sleep is not just about the total amount of sleep, although this is relevant.
