FICPI is a voluntary, not-for-profit, international federation
FICPI is comprised of national IP associations, dedicated national sections of FICPI, and individual members. All FICPI members are private practitioners, who are in principle free to accept a professional retainer, subject to the usual rules of ethics.
FICPI’s member National Associations and National Sections are represented on the Executive Committee (EXCO) which is the ultimate governing body of FICPI.
Day to day management of FICPI rests with the President and Bureau, who are assisted by the Advisory Council.
