Members are organised under a National or Regional Sections in countries or regions with enough FICPI members, but no eligible national IP association to represent them.

There are significant advantages associated with a national or regional section, including EXCO representation and reduced membership fees.

FICPI is working to develop new national or regional sections in countries where there are sufficient numbers of individual members. An initial regional group may be established which may then divide into separate national sections as membership in the region strengthens.
