Payment may be made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. 

IMPORTANT:

  • If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, please ensure that the payment is made within three days of registration.
  • Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the non-processing and automatic cancellation of the registration.
  • Please note that for last minute (after 29 September 2025) or on-site registrations, payment will be by credit card only.

INVOICING:

  • For participants seeking an invoice for bank transfer payments, pro-forma invoices can be requested by contacting Enic Meetings & Events.
  • Please be advised that the official, final invoice will be generated only upon successful receipt of the payment.
