Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

During the booking process you will be asked to provide credit card details in order to guarantee your stay. No charge for the accommodation will be made at the time of the reservation; payment will be requested from guests directly at the reception desk upon check-in.

Authorisation for ENIC Meetings & Events to charge the credit card given to guarantee the reservation in case of no-show or late cancellation (after 29 September 2025), as well as an authorisation for the hotel to charge for all the booked nights in case of shortened stay (late arrival or early departure) are also required. Please note that without these authorisations your accommodation CANNOT be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend that you register and book your accommodation as soon as possible, preferably before 19 May 2025; please note that after 4 August 2025 bedrooms availability cannot be guaranteed.

From 29 September 2025 reservations will be considered FINAL; in case of total or partial cancellation after then, guests will be charged for the whole reserved stay. We therefore strongly recommend finalising your travel arrangements and the dates of your stay within this date in order not to incur in cancellation fees.
