Ing. Silvia Dondi

Silvia graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Parma in 2004. 

She was a Ph. D visitor at the Danmarks Tekniske Univertiset and completed her Ph. D in Information Technology at the same University in 2008.  In the same year, she joined Bugnion and in 2017 she became a partner. 

Silvia is a European and Italian patent and design attorney. In many years of practice, she has filed and prosecuted hundreds of cases before EPO, WIPO, EUIPO and the Italian PTO. 

She is a recognised technical expert in patent litigation before the Italian courts. She has been involved in tutoring internal candidates for the European and Italian Qualifying Examination and patent trainees in Bugnion. 

In 2016 she received the litigation certificate to represent proprietors before the future Unified Patent Court.  In 2017 she was appointed as a member of the Examination Committee II for the EQE with the tasks of correcting and testing the examination papers.
