Her association with Haath ka Bana (Made By Hand), a social enterprise that promotes traditional folk art and crafts of India, is aimed to promote crafts which are protected as Geographical Indications. Manisha equally espouses the cause of equal opportunity and LexOrbis at any given point in time employs about 75% of women professionals and staff.
