I have been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1996 and joined PCA in 1999.
I professionally advise clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide.
In addition, I handle validity/infringement and patentability opinions. I also developed a strong experience in oppositions before EPO and litigations in Court both as Technical Expert of one of the parties and as Technical Expert on the Judge request.
Italian Patent Agent since 1998.
European Patent Attorney since 2001.
European Design Attorney since 2003.
Graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 1996, with a specialization in optoelectronics.
