Emanuele graduated in law at Università Cattolica of Milan in 2002 and was admitted to the Milan Bar of the Italian Attorneys-at-law in 2006 (admitted to argue before the Supreme Court in 2018). He has been enrolled in the Italian bar of the industrial property consultants – Trademark branch since 2016 and in the San Marino bar since 2018.

Emanuele is an Italian and European trademark and design attorney with a broad and long-standing experience in a wide-range of intellectual property matters. He is also a cctld .it domain name panelist and a Technical Consultant of the Court of Milan in trademarks, designs and domain names.

Emanuele's practice mainly covers areas of expertise such as trademark law (pre-filing search analysis; trademark filing; trademark prosecution; opposition proceedings and cancellation/invalidation actions; out of court negotiations, licensing and co-existence agreements), unfair competition law, design law, copyright law, domain names law and customs law.

He is a member of ECTA, INTA, AIPPI, LES and AICIPI. Emanuele was listed by Who's Who Legal among the 22 leading Italian Trademark Attorneys. He usually writes articles on IP-related matters for the on-line juridical magazine named "Sistema Società"​ and published by IlSole24Ore.
