Members of a committee voting by raising their hands.

Drawing up a slate of candidates for election to the senior roles in FICPI is the task of the Nominating Committee, chaired by the Immediate Past President.

All current elected officers are being surveyed to ascertain whether they wish to continue in their present role, move on to something new, or step down.  They are also being asked for their suggestions for their successors, based on work others have done within the committee or other FICPI bodies they are responsible for.

However, anyone can put themselves forward for election with the support of at least one current member of the Executive Committee and at least one other FICPI member.

The Nominating Committee and Bureau strive to identify the best candidates and to give opportunities to all members who are willing to give their precious time to support and grow our organisation. However, if you have a burning desire to take on a particular role, or just want to get more involved, the best way forward is to say so: either speak to Julian Crump, who is Chair of the Nominating Committee, or any member of the Bureau.
