At this year’s Mid-Winter Institute, the meeting will feature luncheon keynote addresses from U.S. District Court Judge Mark Scarsi from the Central District of California and Kaci Y. Patterson, Founder & Chief Architect, Social Good Solutions. We are also honored to have Mr. Antonio Campinos, President of the European Patent Office, as the plenary speaker. This is a not to be missed opportunity as the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is scheduled to finally become a reality in the second quarter of 2022. The program also features a number of cutting-edge substantive sessions, networking events, and opportunities to connect with IP practitioners.
