Our panel of IP litigators and forensic experts will present strategies and best practices for identifying and combating fake content to safeguard your clients' IP, protect their businesses, and in some cases, protect their reputations.
The panel will also discuss how to identify and challenge such evidence, covering legal risks and strategies to protect clients' IP assets and reputations.

Elia has spoken at conferences worldwide about trademark issues and is a professor at the IP Masters Degree of Institute of Lawyers in Barcelona. She is also a Mediator recognised by the WIPO and the Spanish Ministry.
