The first webinar in the new series discusses the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration for IP conflict resolutions: a comparative study in LATAM, India, USA, and Europe.

In this webinar we will analyse how the issue of arbitration costs could be addressed in countries where court costs are low but arbitration costs are high, as well as the problem of nullity of awards rendering the arbitration system unusable.
