We are pleased to host the FICPI ABC Meeting at Noelle Nashville, a sophisticated boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Blending historic architecture with modern design, Noelle offers stylish guest rooms, curated art, and exceptional dining — all within walking distance of the city’s vibrant entertainment district.
Guest rooms in the conference block start at $339 per night. This special FICPI ABC rate is available for three days prior to and three days following the meeting dates, based on availability.
Attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own accommodations. Rooms are limited and subject to availability — we encourage you to book early.

Hotel Reservations
We have FICPI agreed rates from Monday, June 22 through Sunday, June 28. Please make hotel reservations using the link below.
Daily rates are $339 plus 9.5% tax.
- FICPI special rates apply for the three days prior and the three days after the official meeting dates based on availability.
- Rooms shall be available for check-in no later than 4:00 p.m. with a check-out time of 11:00 a.m.
- The hotel shall provide for safe-keeping of baggage on a complimentary basis for both guests arriving before check-in for whom rooms are not yet available, and for guests attending functions held after the check-out time on the day of departure.
- Credit card details are required at the time of the booking as guarantee.
Please reserve your rooms as soon as possible. The cut-off date for hotel bookings is May 15, 2026. After this date any remaining rooms will be released for general sale.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations by 48 hours prior to the schedule day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
