Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Conditions
Cancellation of your conference registration is subject to the following policy. Conference registration cancellations should be made directly with the conference organizers and submitted in writing. Hotel cancellations must be made by calling the Noelle directly.
A full refund will be provided for conference registration cancellations received on or before <insert date>, subject to any processing fees based on payment type.
- Cancellations received up to April 30, 2026 - 100% of registration fees will be refunded.
- Between April 30, 2026 and May 25, 2025 - 50% of registration fees will be refunded.
- After May 25, 2025 – no refunds; substitutions permitted.
Please note that FICPI-US is not responsible for cancellation of attendance for any personal or work reasons, non-issuance of travel visas, and no exceptions to the refund policies set forth herein will be made.
You are therefore strongly recommended to check your personal travel insurance in case you need to cancel your attendance at the meeting for any unforeseen reason.
Dress Code
Business casual clothing is recommended for all professional programs and dinners during the conference. Flat, comfortable shoes are recommended for the tours and golf or other outdoor activities will require activity-appropriate clothing.
Indemnity
The organizers reserve the right to amend the draft program and the cancellation/refund policy as noted, if required. Neither the organizers, nor the U.S. Section of FICPI, and its members and agents, take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage to persons or property or for loss or theft of luggage or effects during or consequential to the FICPI ABC 2026 Conference. If desired, participants are advised to arrange their own personal cancellation/travel insurance.
Climate
The temperature reaches around 31°C/88°F during the daytime in June, falling away to 19°C/66°F at night. Of course, the high humidity will make it feel even hotter. The UV index will be high at this time of year, so protection against skin and eye damage is needed. Try to limit exposure between 10am and 4pm, sunscreen is recommended for outdoor activities.

Power Connection
For USA there are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin. USA operates on a 120V supply voltage and 60Hz. Those travelling from overseas will need to have an appropriate adaptor.
