In 2021, FICPI created a structured sponsorship offer, designed to deliver exposure and recognition to IP firms who want to build relationships and connections with FICPI members around the globe. Sponsorship is available to IP firms and third-party companies.
For an IP firm to become a member sponsor, it must employ at least one FICPI member. There are special tiered fees for IP firms, with discounts depending on the size of the firm, making FICPI sponsorship affordable even for small firms.
Sponsorship by non-member and commercial organisations is available at a separate rate.
Sponsors gain maximum exposure and recognition from FICPI members through an integrated package which goes beyond simple logo exposure at a single event.

Exhibitors
A small number of paid exhibitor spaces will be available at FICPI’s 22nd Open Forum in 2024, which will take place from 25-28 September 2024 in Madrid, Spain. This entitles a participating organisation to have a tabletop stand and two representatives in the exhibitor area of the Open Forum venue, those representatives are also entitled to full delegate places for technical sessions and social events.
