Stella Chandler - Director of Development, Focal Point
Stella has worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach at every level in a wide range of organisations, including law firms, particularly in the IP sector. She draws from a wealth of experience including 15 years in the Metropolitan Police Service, where she led the Senior Management & Leadership Development Programme and was the first civilian HR and Training Manager.
She has run Focal Point – a consultancy specialising in shaping workplace culture - since 2001 and has supported organisations to lead many types of change successfully
Stella is a fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal and Development) and Institute of Leadership in the UK.
