The December issue of the INPI Law Journal, from the French Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) is now available.

This English-language newsletter for non-French speakers is published every three months and based on the PIBD, an industrial property law review in French published by INPI since 1 October 1968.

The December 2022 (fourth) issue of the INPI Law Journal includes a feature article about the designation of goods and services in connection with the filing of trademarks relating to non-fungible tokens, the metaverse and digital assets and a summary of the latest decisions handed down by the French courts and the INPI in the area of industrial property (IP). It also includes the latest news in French and international IP law, in particular a report on the sixty-third series of meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO, and an agenda of upcoming IP-related events.
