A permanent Secretariat, headed by the Secretary General, provides the administrative resources required to support FICPI’s activities and meetings and keeps FICPI’s records and archives.
FICPI's Secretariat is staffed by a number of permanent employees of FICPI and is headed up by the Secretary General.
The Secretariat is largely responsible for the day to day administration of the Federation and maintenance of its records.
The Secretariat provides a constant point of contact for members, delegates, the commissions, sister organisations and the public.
