The demand for multiple requirements
Clients are increasingly demanding IP firms comply with multiple requirements.
These include compliance with multiple ethics, anti-corruption, data privacy, information security, diversity, environmental practices, ..., compliance requirements.
Some of these requirements (e.g. carbon disclosure/remediation) will add costs and/or require changes in our firm’s practices by 2030.
This session would bring together Compliance/Sustainability Leaders from IP firms and corporates to look at the roadmap, how to comply and how to turn these requirements into competitive advantages (rather than hurdles) based on the Governance Risk and Compliance work published by PMC.
