Dr. Aubin holds a PhD in Law from Bordeaux University (France), a LLM in commercial Law from Cardiff Law School and a MA from WIPO/OAPI Academy in Intellectual Property Law. A highly skilled Intellectual Property Attorney with more than 20 years' experience. Dr. Aubin works with clients and colleagues around the world to develop global IP strategies. His interests include: advising new clients for protecting inventions, drafting and prosecuting IP applications, including opposition proceedings. In addition to his extensive experience, Dr. Aubin is a Professor of Law in several Law Schools in Africa his author of books and academic articles. Dr. Aubin is co-founder and acting Managing Partner of the firm.
