Mr. Kevin Cranman

Kevin Cranman, a US lawyer, handles Modiano & Partners’ US client portfolio, both companies and law firms, ensuring the right match for US clients’ European IP needs with the right M&P personnel. Kevin has helped many clients create and protect value by building IP programs and portfolios, licensing IP assets, and managing enforcement actions and litigation. As in-house counsel at the Georgia Institute of Technology, he attended his first AUTM Annual Meeting in 1999. Since then, he has served in legal and/or business roles, including General Counsel, Americas, at Ericsson Television, Director of Legal Affairs and IP management at Panasonic Mobile Communications, legal counsel and Board Secretary at Glenayre, his obligatory dot-com experience, and at BellSouth Intellectual Property. An Executive Committee member of the Atlanta IP Inn of Court and a Board Member of the Georgia IP Alliance, he has been a frequent speaker on developing and growing IP portfolios and IP monetization, licensing, and enforcement.
