About me

Monika has been dealing with intellectual property rights matters for 25 years. She was associated for 15 years with one of the largest law firms in Warsaw, where she co-created the intellectual property department.

Monika started practicing Intellectual Property law in 2000 when this area of law was just crawling in Poland. She was challenged to choose her professional direction after graduation from two faculties of Warsaw University - English Philology and Law. Her humanistic studies and background directed her towards English while her logical thinking tended her to choose law. Interest in Intellectual Property law directed her to satisfy both of these drives.

Over the years, she has served global brands advising them on protection strategies of their intellectual property rights and conducting numerous litigations. She has extensive experience in managing large projects, including those with international span.
