Allen Richter is a Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the European, Israeli and Swiss Patent Office.
Allen has extensive experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, domestically and internationally, in a wide range of technologies including software-implemented inventions, medical devices, communication systems, electro-optics and consumer goods for a variety of clients ranging from early-stage startups to internationally operating corporations and renowned research institutes.
Allen has been practicing Intellectual Property law for almost 20 years and has particular expertise in European, US and Israeli patents and patent rules.
Allen is also well experienced in providing consultative assistance concerning Intellectual Property due diligence, freedom-to-operate opinions and in managing opposition procedures.
Allen holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a M.Sc. in Electro-Optical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
