Beyond the more traditional practice of day-to-day IP service offering, Sarah routinely expands on the traditional practice of IP law by providing consultancy and valuation opinions to a number of innovatively led organisations to maximise investment in intellectual property assets and safeguard the development of unencumbered brands – this includes ongoing clearance and market entry advice to brand and technology agencies, advice on valuation of capitalisation as well as consultancy opinions to companies wishing to scale their business operations globally.
Sarah has a particular passion for international brand protection and works with a large number of international companies on protecting and managing their IP in global markets, including in relevantly working with a large number of companies to safeguard their global roll-out programs and avoid market entry issues. She is passionate about IP Strategy and integrating IP considerations into key business decisions from an early standpoint, to best benefit the outcomes for her clients’ and their business objectives.
She has worked on a number of high-profile brand clearance and global filing programmes, most recently successfully clearing a brand name for adoption by a prominent global tech App company in 140+ jurisdictions globally.
Sarah believes in the power of a brand, as well as progressing the legal industry in the same way her innovative client’s shape theirs.
