Stephen Krouzecky is a distinguished Australian and New Zealand patent and trade marks attorney, and founder of Krouzer IP, a boutique IP firm in Sydney and Perth. With over three decades of experience, Stephen has a proven track record as a patents and trade marks practitioner, drafting and prosecuting applications for computer implemented and engineering-based inventions and handling trade mark applications, oppositions, and conflicts. Stephen separately serves as the managing director of KPI Synergies Pty Ltd, a global IP strategy and commercialisation company.
Stephen has acted for numerous leading international companies, including serving as external patent counsel for the world’s largest gaming machine manufacturer and trade marks counsel for the largest producer of Asian food products for the Australian market.
Stephen is a Member of Honour of FICPI, having held executive positions, including serving as the former International President of its Training and Education Commission and member of CET Group 6 (special technologies) and the Practice Management Group. He was President of FICPI Australia and been a member of Australian council for 24 years, also fulfilling roles as Treasurer and Secretary.
