I am a registered trademark and patent attorney and has over 17 years of experience in this field. I have counseled a wide range of multinational and local clients for all aspects of their IP portfolio management, including availability and clearance searches, prosecution works, settlement negotiations, transactions and maintenance. I have handled a great number of administrative oppositions, appeals and responses to oppositions and office actions.
