Dave A. Wyatt is a registered Malaysian patent, industrial design and trademark agent. Before joining Henry Goh, Dave worked in private practice with leading patent attorney firms in London and Munich and qualified as a European patent attorney. He has lectured on patent practice and drafting for the Malaysian patent agent examinations. Since 2006 he has appeared before the High Court of Malaya as an expert witness. As a leading authority on patents and industrial design in Malaysia, Mr Wyatt has been cited as a recognised individual for patent prosecution work in *IAM 1000* – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners and as an IP Star by *Managing Intellectual Property*.
Roles in FICPI
CET 8, (formerly CET 9 Asian Group), was established in April 2015. It follows and studies the latest development of IP laws and practice in Asian countries and provides up-to-date information and comments. It will also actively attend meetings and communicate with local IP Offices and other authorities in Asia. In addition, CET 8 welcomes enquiries from other groups regarding IP issues in Asian countries and will closely cooperate with other groups on commonly interested topics.
