I have a passion for the protection of computer implemented inventions (CII) and disruptive technology, such as blockchain and neural networks. For the protection of designs and trademarks, I take into account the special requirements of the IT industry. Moreover, I gained substantial experience in opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings and works on complex, cross-country litigation cases. In addition I am regularly involved in the creation of expert opinions on the validity and infringement of technical property rights.
