In an era where innovation knows no borders, understanding the nuances of strategising, drafting and prosecuting patent applications that will achieve a desired protection in key jurisdictions is paramount.
This session will review some of the legal challenges posed by different requirements, and will also equip participants with practical strategies to take away.
Drafting without borders is represented in two parallel streams focusing on either electromechanical or chemical/life sciences, and as well a reviewing some of the legal challenges posed by different requirements, will also equip participants with practical strategies to take away.
