Gödöllő Royal Palace
Step into the elegance of Hungarian royalty with this tour of Gödöllő Royal Palace, one of Hungary’s most enchanting Baroque landmarks.
Built between 1741 and 1760, it is not only the largest Baroque palace in Hungary, but also the second largest estate in Europe after the Palace of Versailles.
The palace is famously known as the favourite residence of Queen Elizabeth “Sissi” of Hungary, offering a glimpse into her refined and elegant lifestyle.
Step inside to explore opulent halls, richly decorated rooms, and serene royal apartments, each corner echoing the grandeur and history of the 18th century. Surrounded by elegant gardens and sweeping parklands, the palace invites you to wander, admire, and immerse yourself in the splendour of Hungarian royalty.

Széchenyi Baths
After lunch, on the way back you will have a touch of Budapest’s tradition of wellness by visiting the iconic Széchenyi Baths, located in the City Park.
Completed in 1913, they are one of the largest thermal spa complexes in Europe, supplied by natural hot springs. They are famous for their bright yellow façades and steaming pools, which create a truly unique atmosphere.
Visitors can explore both the historic spa building and the surrounding gardens.
Please note that the entrance to the spa, the relevant payment, as well as the return to the hotel must be booked directly as they are not included in the FICPI tour.
- Reservations are required at least one week in advance.
- Open Saturdays until 7:00 PM.
Cash desks close one hour before closing time. Pool areas must be left 20 minutes before closing time. - The entrance price does not include any amenities like towel, bathrobe, slippers etc.
- Entry not permitted to children under 14 years of age.
- The bath is not accessible by wheelchair.
