Relationship to the FICPI 23rd Open Forum

The Masterclass is separate from the FICPI 23rd Open Forum but is scheduled immediately before it. This timing is intended to make attendance convenient for delegates who are also attending the Forum, while keeping the Masterclass a stand alone training event.
