Not all jurisdictions allow the registration of partial designs, so FICPI's Study & Work Group on Designs (CET 2) conducted research amongst their members around how their jurisdictions face this matter.
The research developed into a Position Paper, with different point of views of the PTOs around the world.
The webinar will debate the importance of partial designs protection, and how it works in each represented jurisdiction (with speakers from Europe, USA, Canada, and Japan, and the moderator from Brazil).
