FICPI reserves the right to review and update the content and functionality of its website.
Users must guarantee and are the only responsible to own the full legal capacity to enter into a contract. Only full legal capable people can buy at www.ficpi.org.
The user accessing and using our website guarantees the truthful of data provided. In case of detecting false information, FICPI will take legal measures.
Purchasing process:
- Once the user has selected the product, characteristics and quantity and select “Add to cart”. Review the content of the cart and if it is correct select “Checkout”.
- You must be a logged in as a customer or a member of FICPI.
- Check with the “continue to review order” if all your data are correct and select the payment method to proceed.

By clicking on "Buy now" button the client is fully and unreservedly accepting all the contents of these Terms & Conditions (there is a printable edition of it).
The customer will be confirmed by email automatically from the receipt of confirmation of payment, that the order has been registered.
4. PRICES
Product prices offered in this website are with all tax included.
5. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment methods accepted are credit card and PayPal.
- If you pay by credit card, we will send to your bank a debit petition; the amount will not be debited from your account until authorised by your bank. The debit term will depend on the rules applied to the payment.
- If you pay by PayPal the amount of the purchases will be charged to the PayPal account immediately. In case of rejection of the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the client will be informed by email.
Please notify us by email [email protected] that you wish to cancel an event booking.
Refund of registration fee will be given, less a 15% administration charge, up to one week prior to the event. After this time, the refund would be given but less a 50% administration charge. Refunds for cancellation on the day of the event cannot be given.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
We apply security measures to ensure that we deal with you in a safe way.
We use a secure server for credit card transactions to protect your card information. However, we cannot accept any liability for any loss incurred by customers using email or the Internet.
We use antivirus software to scan all emails before transmission, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from such an event occurring.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of dispute, the customer may be directed, first, to FICPI to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, the courts of the place of residence of the customer shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
