At the time of organising this event, the best possible rates were negotiated with the hotel for FICPI Delegates. It is possible that better rates for a limited number of rooms may be available through other channels closer to the event, but with no guarantee that rooms at those prices will be available for the entire duration of the FICPI event.
The number of reserved rooms at the conference price may be limited and/or released at any time without prior notice.
FICPI may release hotel rooms as necessary at any time without notice – please register early to ensure accommodation at the meeting hotel at the conference rate.
The majority of bedrooms at the Corinthia Hotel offer one king-size bed.
If you need a room with two separate beds, please get in touch with the Hotel Reservations team directly via email [email protected] to check in which category a twin room would be available at the time of your booking.
The main difference between accommodation categories is the size of the room and the facilities provided. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in all guestrooms.
Executive rooms grant access to the Executive lounge, available daily from 12:00 until 22:00 for Executive rooms guests only, with a variety of snacks and drinks served throughout this time.

The conference rates will be honoured three (3) days before and after the official meeting dates, subject to availability at the hotel when reservation is made.
NB: please note that the Hotel can only issue invoices in HUF – Hungarian Fiorints (but the final amount will be visible in EUR as well). All will be charged at the average exchange rate (the day before arrival) for the currency fixed by the K&H Bank.
