We are delighted to share that Coleen Morrison, of Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP (CA), has been appointed a member of the Trademarks Opposition Board (Canadian IPO) on September 12, 2022.
Coleen was a long time member of FICPI, having recently held the position of Chair of Study & Work Committee (CET), and previously Chair of FICPI's Study & Work Group on Trade Marks (CET 1). She was also, until her appointment, President of FICPI Canada.
Coleen’s dedication to FICPI was recognised at the Cannes World Congress in September 2022, where she was made a Member of Honour. Her optimism, engagement and energy will be missed, although we are hopeful she will continue to attend FICPI events.
