News from EUIPO

The EUIPO, in cooperation with European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), will launch an open competition for administrators in the field of intellectual property (AD6) on 20 July.

This year's competition, referred to as EUIPO/AD/01/23, provides an opportunity for professionals in the IP domain to become EU officials. The initiative is expected to shortlist 200 successful candidates to create a reserve list. These individuals must be highly qualified and experienced, and they will play an instrumental role in fulfilling the objectives of the EUIPO.

The procedure will operate under the revamped competition model launched recently by EPSO. The new model is faster, leaner and more accessible and, in line with the recruitment policy of the European Commission, aims to put greater emphasis on the candidate’s qualifications in recruitment whilst reducing the length of the process.

More information can be found on the website of EPSO.
