Intellectual property associations in the US are advancing proposals to amend 35 U.S.C. 101 to address issues arising from recent Supreme Court cases relating to subject matter eligibility. A sweeping proposal to reverse much of the America Invents Act (AIA) has also recently been introduced in Congress. Read more: Subject matter eligibility update
