The International Bureau (IB) of WIPO is conducting a survey among users of the Madrid System (both holders and representatives) to collect information
on the need for and practical advantages of a requirement for Offices of designated Contracting Parties to issue a national or regional certificate when granting protection and upon renewal of an international registration.
