FICPI's Practice Management Committee (PMC) regularly publishes articles on IP practice management issues, including new technology and software that is available to help IP attorneys perform various tasks from videoconferencing applications and equipment to machine-learning/AI applications that can assist in the preparation of patent and trade mark applications. Legal Tech encompasses an expanding range of products that help individual IP attorney and their firms with practice management, document automation, document storage, billing, accounting and electronic discovery. The PMC periodically reviews new Legal Tech to assess its usefulness for IP attorneys and makes information available to FICPI members.
