Communication as the Key to Change

The likely overall direction would be a session focused on De Bono’s “Six Thinking Hats” with a particular emphasises on the importance of communication in change management.  We would intersperse the theory with practical examples, and also (depending on how it goes!) experiences from the merger of AA Thornton with Venner Shipley from a change management point of view.

We will try to make the session interactive and leave the attendees with a practical set of tools they can use to implement effective change.   

Perhaps like the “Getting Things Done” sessions, we could ask if people involved in a change management process would be willing to share experiences as part of a follow up article?
