* The Open Forum Delegate Rate applies to participants already registered for the Forum.
PAYMENT
The online registration facility will allow payment by credit card or bank transfer.
If you choose bank transfer, please note that the payment is strictly due within 3 days from the date of registration; if the bank transfer (net of bank charges) is not received within this deadline, your registration will NOT be processed and will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for cancellation of registrations must be submitted to the conference organiser, ENIC Meetings & Events, by email to: [email protected]
- For cancellations received by 15 May 2026, your registration fees will be refunded in full, subject to a € 100 handling charge.
- For cancellations received between 16 May and 14 July 2026, 50% of your registration fees will be refunded.
- For cancellations received from 15 July 2026, there will be no refund of the registration fees.
Substitutions may be made at any time before the Masterclass begins, against a handling charge.
All refunds will be made less a € 100 handling charge and will be paid back AFTER the event.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Delegates registering for the FICPI AI Patent Drafting Masterclass only (not registering for the FICPI 23rd Open Forum too) who are interested in booking their stay at the Corinthia Budapest Conference Hotel, should please get in touch with the conference organiser, ENIC Meetings & Events, by email to: [email protected]
INSURANCE
FICPI SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE MASTERCLASS FOR ANY PERSONAL REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH, COVID-RELATED ISSUES, OR THE NON-ISSUANCE OF A TRAVEL VISA.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICIES SET FORTH HEREIN WILL BE MADE.
YOU ARE ADVISED TO OBTAIN SUITABLE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE, INCLUDING COVID COVER, IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMER
All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the FICPI AI Masterclass and to present the programme as published in a manner to assure the comfort and safety of the attendees.
However, neither FICPI, nor the organisers, nor any of FICPI’s or the organisers’ representatives or agents shall have any liability to any person as a result of cancellation or change of all or part of the meeting or any of the arrangements, programmes or plans connected therewith or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from the meeting, or during such person’s presence in Hungary in connection with the meeting. This includes the non-issuance of visas.
Participants are advised to procure their own insurance against any such occurrences.
FICPI retains the right to close registration without warning.
