The due date of September 30, 2022 to file the Statement of Working for the patents granted in India on or before March 31, 2022 is fast approaching.
The working statements to be filed by September 30, 2022 are required to cover the working of the patent in India during the period April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022.
The Indian Patent Office issued a Public Notice dated June 30, 2022 highlighting this deadline.
Form 27 is prescribed for filing of the working statement.
